Throughout Year 5, we will cover some inspiring topics from Earth and space, where the children will experience what it’s like inside a planetarium, to the fascinating lives of the Ancient Maya Civilisation. Children will also continue to develop their musical skills during their brass instrument lessons, which they started in year 4. They will also have the option to participate in their Level 2 Bikeability. Year 5s will have a visit from Loud Mouth Theatre group, who will run a workshop about keeping safe with them.  As well as joining online Zoom events with some famous authors, where they will have the opportunity to ask them some questions to inspire their own writing.
